您可以隨時刪除遊戲帳號與相關資料。最快的方式是在遊戲內操作，不需要提出申請、也不需要等待審核——按下確認即立即生效。
App 版
角色頁 → 右上角設定（⚙）→ 法律資訊 → 🗑️ 刪除帳號與資料 → 輸入 DELETE → 確認刪除
網頁版玩家請注意：網頁版與 App 版是各自獨立的存檔，兩邊都玩過的話需要分別刪除。
若您已經移除 App、或無法進入遊戲，請寄信到 support@flowtbl.com，主旨寫「刪除帳號」，並附上：
p_ 開頭那串。設定頁可複製；若已移除 App 但曾經抄下來，就用那一串），或我們會在收到後 7 個工作天內處理完成並回信確認。
⚠ 若您兩者都無法提供，我們無法為您刪除——因為沒有辦法確認那份存檔屬於您。這是刻意的設計：如果光憑口述就能刪除，任何人都能刪掉別人的進度。
此動作立即生效且無法復原。已購買但未使用的虛擬道具會一併消失，且不予退款。
購買紀錄（訂單編號、商品、金額、時間）。這類交易憑證依《商業會計法》等相關法令須保存一定年限，我們會在與您的遊戲資料脫鉤後保留，且不會用於任何其他目的。
伺服器日誌（IP、時間、請求路徑）會依雲端服務供應商的預設期間自動輪替刪除。
您可以隨時重新開始一個新角色——重開遊戲即會產生新的存檔碼。舊的存檔碼在刪除後即失效，無法再還原。
You can delete your account and data at any time. The fastest way is in-game — no request form and no waiting for approval; it takes effect immediately.
Character page → Settings (⚙) → Legal → 🗑️ Delete Account & Data → type DELETE → confirm.
Note that the web version and the app hold separate saves; if you played both, delete each one.
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access the game, email support@flowtbl.com with the subject “Delete account”, and include either:

⚠ If you can provide neither, we cannot delete the account, because we have no way to confirm it is yours. This is deliberate: if a claim alone were enough, anyone could delete another player’s progress.
Game progress and character, nickname, Google account link, world-feed entries relating to you, push token and notification records. This is immediate and irreversible. Unused purchased items are lost and not refunded.
Purchase records (order id, product, amount, time) must be retained for a period under Taiwanese accounting law. They are decoupled from your game data and used for no other purpose. Server logs rotate out automatically per our cloud provider’s default retention.
You can start fresh at any time — reopening the game generates a new save code. The old save code stops working and cannot be restored.
