下載或使用本遊戲即表示您同意本條款。若您不同意，請停止使用並移除本遊戲。

1. 服務提供者

本遊戲由拔克科技有限公司（以下稱「我們」）開發及營運。

2. 帳號與存檔碼

• 本遊戲不需要註冊。您的進度以裝置產生的「存檔碼」識別。
• 存檔碼就是您帳號的鑰匙。任何持有該碼的人都能存取您的進度，請妥善保管、不要公開或截圖分享。
• 遺失存檔碼且未綁定 Google 帳號時，我們無法為您找回進度——因為我們沒有其他方式能確認那份存檔屬於您。建議在設定頁綁定 Google 帳號。
• 網頁版與 App 版是各自獨立的存檔。要搬移進度請使用存檔碼或 Google 綁定。

3. 虛擬道具與付費

• 本遊戲免費下載，並提供鑽石、挑戰券等虛擬道具的付費購買。付款由 Google Play 處理。
• 虛擬道具僅供本遊戲內使用，不具現金價值、不可轉讓、不可兌換為現金或其他財產。您取得的是在本遊戲中使用該道具的授權，而非所有權。
• 部分內容涉及隨機機率（裝備掉落、技能抽卡）。各稀有度的機率標示於遊戲內對應介面，購買前請詳閱。
• 退款依 Google Play 的退款政策辦理，請向 Google Play 提出。若您已付款但道具未入帳，請回到遊戲內商城——系統會自動重試；仍未入帳請來信，並提供訂單編號。
• 若您刪除帳號，帳號內未使用的虛擬道具將一併消失且不予退款。

4. 使用規範

使用本遊戲時，請勿：

• 使用外掛、修改器、自動化腳本、封包竄改或任何非官方用戶端取得優勢
• 利用程式漏洞取得不當利益（發現漏洞歡迎來信告知）
• 買賣、出租或轉讓帳號與虛擬道具
• 使用侵害他人權益、冒充官方、或含有猥褻、歧視、煽動暴力等不當內容的暱稱
• 對伺服器進行未經授權的存取、壓力測試或干擾其他玩家正常遊玩

違反上述規範時，我們得視情節暫停或終止您對本服務的使用，並移除不當內容。

5. 服務變更與中止

• 本遊戲是持續營運的線上服務。我們可能新增、修改或移除功能，並調整遊戲數值與平衡。
• 維護、故障或不可抗力可能造成服務暫時中斷。
• 若我們決定終止營運，將於合理期間前在遊戲內公告，並依當時法令處理未使用的付費虛擬道具。

6. 智慧財產權

本遊戲的程式、美術、音效、文字與其他內容，其權利均屬我們或授權人所有。除本條款明示允許外，未經同意不得重製、散布、改作或用於商業目的。

7. 免責聲明與責任限制

本服務依「現狀」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不保證服務不會中斷或完全無錯誤。對於因使用本服務所生之間接、附隨或衍生損害，我們不負賠償責任；就直接損害，我們的賠償責任以您於事件發生前十二個月內就本遊戲實際支付的金額為上限。

本條款不排除或限制依消費者保護相關法令不得排除或限制的責任。

8. 準據法與管轄

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款所生爭議，除法律另有強制規定外，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

9. 條款變更

本條款如有修改，我們會更新本頁的「最後更新」日期；涉及重大變更時會在遊戲內另行公告。變更後繼續使用本遊戲，視為同意修改後的條款。

By downloading or using this game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game and uninstall it.

1. Provider

This game is developed and operated by Bucker Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”).

2. Accounts and save codes

• No registration is required. Your progress is identified by a save code generated on your device.
• The save code is the key to your account. Anyone who has it can access your progress — keep it private.
• If you lose your save code and have not linked a Google account, we cannot recover your progress, because we have no other way to verify it is yours. We recommend linking Google in Settings.
• The web version and the app hold separate saves. Use a save code or Google linking to move progress.

3. Virtual items and payments

• The game is free to download and offers in-app purchases of diamonds, tickets and similar virtual items. Payments are processed by Google Play.
• Virtual items are usable only inside this game, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money or property. You receive a licence to use them, not ownership.
• Some content is randomised (gear drops, skill card draws). Probabilities are shown in the relevant in-game screens; please review them before purchasing.
• Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and should be requested through Google Play. If you paid but did not receive items, reopen the in-game shop — the app retries automatically. If it still fails, contact us with your order id.
• If you delete your account, any unused virtual items are lost and are not refunded.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use cheats, modified clients, automation, or packet tampering; do not exploit bugs for gain (reports are welcome); do not sell, rent or transfer accounts or items; do not use nicknames that infringe others’ rights, impersonate staff, or contain obscene, discriminatory or violent content; do not attempt unauthorised access to our servers or interfere with other players. We may suspend or terminate access and remove offending content for violations.

5. Changes to the service

This is a live online service. We may add, change or remove features and adjust game balance. Maintenance, faults or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. If we decide to shut the service down, we will announce it in-game a reasonable time in advance and handle unused paid items in accordance with applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

All code, art, audio, text and other content belong to us or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit them.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages; for direct damages, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for this game in the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for disputes arising from these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We will update the “Last updated” date and announce material changes in-game. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
